Turnkey solar solutions from concept to long-term asset optimization

Concept to Commissioning (C2C)
Every TerraFlux project runs on a single, unified delivery engine — from the first site visit to the day your plant exports power to the grid. No gaps between consultants and contractors. No ambiguity over accountability. Just structured, engineering-led execution across four phases that we have designed, refined, and own end-to-end.
Before construction begins, we do the work that determines whether your project will perform over its entire 25-year asset life. We conduct comprehensive site feasibility studies — evaluating roof or land suitability, grid connectivity, irradiance, and structural conditions — and produce rigorous energy yield models in PVsyst, with fully documented loss parameters and P50/P90 sensitivity analysis for your finance team.
Where independent technical oversight is required, our engineering mandate is ring-fenced from our EPC scope — providing your leadership team and financiers with conflict-free quality assurance on design, procurement, and construction.
What we deliver:
Our engineering team produces the complete design package before construction mobilises — optimised plant layout, single-line diagrams, civil and structural drawings, cable schedules, and a Bill of Quantities tied to the project financial model. Procurement is managed as a supply chain discipline: Tier-1 vendor qualification, factory acceptance testing, and delivery scheduling that keeps the construction programme on critical path.
On site, our project managers operate to a written Quality Management Plan with defined hold and witness points at every major construction milestone. Safety is not a parallel workstream — it is embedded in every method statement and daily toolbox talk.
What we deliver:
Grid interconnection is where many C&I solar projects lose time — and facility owners lose money. TerraFlux manages HT connection engineering, protection coordination, and DISCOM approval workflows for rooftop, captive, and open access installations — eliminating the coordination gap between your solar EPC contractor and the grid interface that causes most commissioning delays.
We manage the full DISCOM interconnection approval process — load flow studies, protection coordination, relay settings, and synchronisation testing — starting early in the project timeline, not after installation is complete.
What we deliver:
Commissioning is not the end of our responsibility — it is the beginning of the asset's productive life. We hand over every project with a complete documentation package: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, equipment warranties, test reports, and a commissioning certificate structured for lender sign-off.
For clients who want ongoing performance assurance, we provide yield tracking and variance analysis against the modelled P50 baseline, BESS dispatch performance reporting, and long-term asset optimisation recommendations — turning operational data into decisions that protect your returns across the full project life.
What we deliver:
From the first feasibility call to the twenty-fifth year of operation — TerraFlux is the only team you need.

Clients
The C&I solar market is too complex for small installers and too specialised for firms built for utility-scale generation. TerraFlux's full lifecycle engine is sized for industrial facilities on HT tariffs — clients who need genuine engineering depth, not a standard quote.
We work with energy managers and facility owners who are committing serious capital to onsite and open access solar, and need an EPC partner with the technical rigour to match.
Rooftop and ground-mount solar from 500 kW to 10 MW. Demand charge reduction, net metering and captive compliance, DISCOM approvals, and fixed-price EPC with milestone-linked payment schedules.
1–30 MW open access and group captive solar. BESS-ready design from feasibility, wheeling and banking structuring, bankable yield modelling, and end-to-end grid interconnection management.
High-reliability solar and BESS integration for facilities where uptime and power quality matter. Dispatch modelling, peak shaving, and engineering documentation structured for board and lender review.
No EPC firm in the C&I market offers genuinely independent engineering oversight. When your EPC contractor is also your quality auditor, no one is truly protecting your capital.
TerraFlux's engineering review mandate is legally and commercially ring-fenced from its EPC delivery. For facilities evaluating capex investments or third-party EPC contracts, this distinction is not optional — it is essential.
Most EPC firms add battery storage as a spec-sheet line item when a client asks. We architecture it from feasibility.
That means better system sizing, stronger documentation for your finance team, higher bill savings from intelligent dispatch design, and a BESS system that actually performs to its modelled output over a 25-year asset life.
Engineering. Grid interconnection. Storage. Commissioning. One team. One contract. One point of accountability.
The most common source of cost overruns and schedule failures in C&I solar projects is the coordination gap between an engineering consultant, an EPC contractor, and a grid interconnection specialist. TerraFlux eliminates that gap by design.
